Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Fresh fruits or nuts for topping
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, stir well and top with fresh fruits or nuts.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
