A quick and delicious way to prepare tilapia with a crispy Parmesan crust.
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush tilapia fillets with melted butter and olive oil.
- Coat each fillet evenly with the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and fish flakes easily.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
