Ingredients

4 cups fresh peaches, cubed with skin

Juice of one lemon

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup cold butter, cubed


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Toss peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Let sit 10 mins.

3. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

4. Pour peach mixture into a greased baking dish.

5. Sprinkle crumble evenly on top.

6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
