Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add cold butter cubes and mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add cold water until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and fold it into thirds. Repeat twice.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut into strips.
- Spread peach pie filling on each strip and roll into a spiral.
- Place cruffins in a muffin tin, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
