Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss gently to mix all ingredients evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder.
- Use ripe but firm pineapple for the best texture.
