Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add almond milk, egg, and honey. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stack pancakes and top with fresh berries.
