Delicious pumpkin chocolate chip muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
