Description

Ingredients

  • 1 leg of lamb (about 5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the lamb.
  4. Place lamb in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for 1.5 hours, then remove foil and roast for another 30 minutes.
