Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium beets, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
