Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  6. Sprinkle mixture over Brussels sprouts.
  7. Roast for 5 more minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
