Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Brush half the sauce over salmon fillets.
- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Fluff cooked rice and divide between two bowls.
- Top rice with salmon, cucumber, carrots, and green onion.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the bowls.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen salmon.
