Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sea salt flakes for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add honey, egg, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheets, and flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
