Description
A refreshing salad combining crisp shaved fennel and sweet apples.
Ingredients
- 1 medium fennel bulb, thinly shaved
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Slice fennel and apple thinly.

- Whisk olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over fennel and apple.
- Sprinkle walnuts and feta cheese.
- Serve chilled.
