Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss squash cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
