  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes.
