Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the flour until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
