Description
A creamy and spicy dip made with feta cheese and yogurt, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
- 200g feta cheese
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix well.
- Stir in olive oil, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
