Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, mushrooms, and spinach until tender.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, sautéed vegetables, and béchamel sauce.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
