A fun and slightly spicy snack perfect for Halloween parties or any spooky occasion.
Ingredients
- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 24 black olive slices (for eyes)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the tops off the mini peppers and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Fill each pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place two olive slices on each pepper to create eyes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley for extra color (optional).
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less spice.
- Use a piping bag for easier filling.
- Best served chilled.
