A fresh and vibrant salad packed with greens and detoxifying ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry all greens thoroughly.
- Chop kale, parsley, mint, and cilantro.
- Slice cucumber and dice avocado.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
