Description
Steamed cabbage dumplings are a light and flavorful Asian dish, perfect as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- 1/4 cup water for steaming
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Place dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Use fresh cabbage for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
