Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Layer half the sliced strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with remaining strawberries.
- Stir and enjoy cold.
