Description

A spooky and delicious appetizer perfect for Halloween parties. These stuffed mushroom ‘eyeballs’ are easy to make and sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 small black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place a sliced olive on top of each stuffed mushroom to resemble an eyeball.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.
