Description
Simple and healthy pancakes perfect for toddlers, made with bananas and oats.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add oats, egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust milk for thinner or thicker pancakes.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
