Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mashed banana or applesauce
- Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and mashed banana in a jar.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir again and add fresh fruit if desired.
- Serve chilled.
