  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, broth, rice, basil, salt, and pepper.
