A light and creamy tropical passionfruit mousse with a refreshing citrus twist.
Ingredients
- 1 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff.
- Fold the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice, and vanilla into the whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Divide into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
