Crispy, golden cottage cheese tots made with just two ingredients. A high-protein, low-prep snack perfect for busy weekdays or brunch spreads.
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or set air fryer to 375°F).
2. Mix cottage cheese and breadcrumbs until fully combined.
3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and shape into small tots.
4. Place on parchment-lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway; air fry for 12–15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
Use seasoned breadcrumbs for added flavor.
Flash-freeze unbaked tots and store for up to 2 months.
For dairy-free, use vegan cottage cheese or silken tofu.
