A delicious twist on pizza featuring tzatziki sauce, grilled chicken, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
