Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup almond butter
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1/4 cup almond flour
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp ground cloves
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
 - Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
 - Place the balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
 
Notes
- Use creamy almond butter for best texture.
 - For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
 - If the mixture is too sticky, add more almond flour.
