Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, stir and add fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
