Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (red or yellow)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
- 1/2 cup hummus (for dipping)
- 1 celery stalk
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds for the skeleton’s ribs.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips for the arms and legs.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes as the skull and black olives as the eyes.
- Place baby carrots at the bottom as the feet.
- Use celery for the spine.
- Serve with hummus on the side.
