Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs or 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove or desired seasonings
Any toppings you want!
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Add eggs, Parmesan, garlic, seasonings. Blend until combined.
4. Spread batter on lined baking sheet to 1/4-inch thickness.
5. Bake 15–20 mins until golden and set.
6. Cool before slicing or adding toppings.
7. Alternatively, air fry at 350°F for 8–10 mins using parchment.
Notes
Store flatbread in airtight container in fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
