Ingredients
6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 handful fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Blend watermelon and mint until smooth
2. Pour juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher
3. Serve immediately over ice or chill for 1–2 hours
4. Garnish with mint or lime if desired
Notes
Use seedless watermelon for best results
Store in the fridge up to 24 hours
