Delicious cookies made with white chocolate and macadamia nuts for a sweet and crunchy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake.
- Substitute milk chocolate chips if desired.
