  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp sugar granulated
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract pure

  • Gently fold in flour until just combined. Grease ramekins and divide batter evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Place ramekins in the basket and air fry for 7-8 minutes until edges are firm and center is gooey.
  • Let cool 1 minute, run a knife around edges, invert onto plates, and serve with powdered sugar or ice cream.

Notes

For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of espresso powder to the batter. Best enjoyed warm!
