Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Whisk in the egg, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
Gently fold in flour until just combined. Grease ramekins and divide batter evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Place ramekins in the basket and air fry for 7-8 minutes until edges are firm and center is gooey.
Let cool 1 minute, run a knife around edges, invert onto plates, and serve with powdered sugar or ice cream.
Notes
For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of espresso powder to the batter. Best enjoyed warm!
