Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries rinsed and dried
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry strawberries. Slice off the stems so they stand upright. Carefully cut an "X" into the top of each strawberry, slicing almost down to the base but not all the way through.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of each strawberry.
  • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For an extra decadent touch, drizzle with melted chocolate before serving!
