Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes, then serve hot!
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of pasta water before mixing in the pasta. Serve with garlic bread for the perfect meal!
