  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter for frying
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook for another 3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the Libby’s Corned Beef Hash and spread it evenly in the skillet.
  • Let it cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes, allowing it to develop a crispy crust.
  • Flip and cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is crispy and heated through.
  • Serve hot with fried eggs on top for a complete breakfast!

Notes

For an extra crispy hash, press it down with a spatula and let it cook undisturbed for longer before flipping.
