Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each in sprinkles and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until just set. Remove from oven and gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For the best results, chill the chocolate kisses beforehand so they hold their shape after pressing into warm cookies.
