Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth.
