Ingredients

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit or nuts for topping
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a stir and add your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy chilled.
