Description

Crispy baked cauliflower wings coated in spicy buffalo sauce for a flavorful vegetarian snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or vegan butter)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
