Description

A classic Clubhouse Sandwich with layers of toasted bread, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.


Ingredients

  • 3 slices of toasted bread
  • 2 slices of turkey breast
  • 2 strips of crispy bacon
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on the first bread slice.
  4. Place the second bread slice on top and repeat the layering.
  5. Top with the third bread slice and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Cut diagonally into halves or quarters and serve.
