Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Serve warm.
