Ingredients
- 8 oz tempeh, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat tempeh slices evenly with the marinade.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook tempeh slices for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
- Serve warm.
