Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla, mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pour filling into the cooled pie crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
