Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
