Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
- Toss the blended sauce with the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
