Description
Crispy roasted Brussels sprouts with a spicy-sweet hot honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Drizzle glaze over roasted sprouts and toss to coat.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
