Description
A healthy and delicious prebiotic yogurt parfait with granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (prebiotic-rich)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Layer the bottom of a bowl or glass with half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries based on availability.
- Adjust honey quantity based on sweetness preference.
- For extra crunch, toast the granola before layering.
